1. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds are available exclusively for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.
• To qualify, you must provide clear photos of the damaged product, along with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
• Refunds will not be processed without prior approval and complete documentation.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Change of Mind: Refunds are not offered for change of mind, dislike of the product, or failure to achieve desired results.
• Incorrect Shipping Address: Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer can be reshipped for a standard fee of $4.50. Refunds will not be issued for such cases.
• Used or Opened Products: We do not accept returns or process refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. Return Policy

Conditions for Returns:

• Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped.
• All returns must be authorized prior to shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
• Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging and inserts.

• Inspection & Approval: Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be inspected for compliance with our return policy. Approval or rejection of the refund will be communicated via email.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
• Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

4. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please follow the return process outlined above for a replacement or refund.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, contact us at hi@getalpharizz.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and provide a resolution.
• Stolen Packages: For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a claim with the carrier directly. We are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

• Customers may opt for shipping insurance during checkout to protect their packages against loss or damage during transit. Claims for insured packages will be processed in accordance with the insurance provider’s terms.
