Shipping Times 

• US Domestic Regular Shipping: 3-5 business days. 

• US Domestic Express Shipping: 1-3 business days. 

• International Shipping: 7-14 business days, depending on location and customs processing (Can take longer if parcel is held up in customs).

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at hi@getalpharizz.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 30 days of delivery. Proof of issue (e.g., photos) must be provided.
