1. Shipping Times
We process and ship orders quickly, so you can start your Alpha Rizz journey ASAP. Here's how long delivery usually takes:
• US Domestic Regular Shipping: 3-5 business days
• US Domestic Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
• International Shipping (Zone 1 - Canada): 7-14 business days
• International Shipping (Zones 2 & 3 - Europe & Asia-Pacific): 10-20 business days.
Note: Orders are processed within the first 1-2 business days after purchase. Shipping times do not include customs processing times for international orders.
2. Shipping Costs
We keep shipping simple:
• US Standard Shipping: $4.90
• Free Shipping: Available for orders of $89 or more (US only).
• International Shipping: Costs vary based on location. Check rates at checkout.
3. Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship to a number of regions world, including the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or embargoed countries.

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition!
• Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of the expected delivery date, contact us at hi@getalpharizz.com.
• Damaged Packages: Send us an email with photos of the damage within 14 days of receipt.

For international orders:
• Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
• Delivery delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing an order.

If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address:
• Reshipment is available at the customer’s expense.
